What is the Instant Pay service?

 
A: Instant Pay allows you to make payments online through the Beam Cable website ( www.beamcablesystem.com ) instantly through a credit card or an online banking account. You need to log in to your account, through the login option available on our website, select pay now and follow the instructions.

A: You can access the Instant Pay service through www.beamcablesystem.com
 

Who is eligible to use this service?

 
A: This service is available to any Beam Cable subscriber for payment of their bills. You need to have a valid credit card or an online banking account to make payment.
 

Which locations is this service available in?

 
A: The Instant Pay service is currently available to all Beam Cable customers who are using our BiFi Broadband Service.
 

How does this service work?

 

A: After you have chosen to pay through Instant Pay, you need to follow the steps below:

 
 
  Provide your bill details – which will be available in your web account after you login
  Specify the amount that you wish to pay, and click on ‘Pay'. As of now we only encourage the payment of total outstanding amount and not
    ad-hoc payments
 
You will be taken to a ‘Payment Options' page where you have to enter a few details viz your name, contact number, etc.
 
Select your payment mode – Credit Card or Net Banking account, and click on the ‘Submit' button to initiate payment
  You will be directed to a payment gateway where you will be required to enter your credit card details; alternately you will be taken to your Net
    Banking site where you have to input your user id/ password
  Your payment will be authenticated over the gateway and your credit card or your bank account will be instantly debited
  You will receive a Transaction Reference Number that is an acknowledgement for your payment request
 
Your payment will be credited into your Beam Cable account within 2 working days.
 
 

 

 

What payment methods can I use for this service?

 
A: You can use any valid Visa, Mastercard,Diners, or American Express Credit Card, or pay through your Net Banking account of most major banks.
 
 
 

Do I have to pay the entire bill amount?

 
A: No. You can choose to pay any amount to Beam Cable. However, we do not encourage short payment against a bill and cannot guarantee that your connection will not be deactivated in case partial payment only is made.
 
 

Do I get a confirmation of the payment that I have made?

 
A: For each payment you will receive an online Transaction Reference Number that is an acknowledgement for your payment request. Beam Cable will also send an SMS to your registered Mobile Number and an email to your registered email ID acknowledging receipt of your payment. This will be done within 36 hours typically.
